BAY tobiano Pinto.
6 YR OLD mare. 15H.
SUKIE
This beautiful mare comes from the South Steens HMA in Oregon. These horses are well documented on the range and very popular with adopters for a wide variety of disciplines. Sukie will be shown at Branded Bonanza Idaho in 2026 and will be reassigned following the competition. She has a pretty quiet, laid back disposition. She is in the middle of the pecking order. She is just being gentled and hopefully will be started under saddle by the competition in August and will know groundwork, trailering, obstacles, bathing, tying, picking up feet, etc.

bay 12 yr old mare.
14h, solid bone and feet.
JOY
This Devils Garden HMA mare was an owner surrender. She was adopted unhandled and in foal from the USFS. There were issues with the foal, which the owner was forced to bottle feed, at which point she placed Joy with us. Joy is still mostly unhandled but can be rubbed with various tools and takes treats. Not much scares her and she is quiet. She is a boss mare with other horses. She very much needs her own home with a confident handler to offer her consistency and leadership. I believe she will make a great riding horse for the right person.

bay sabino 2 yr old gelding. 14h currently.
CHARM
This is a flashy gelding from North Hills, UT with his wide blaze and four tall stockings. His title is pending. He is newly gentled so will need an adopter to stay consistent with his training to keep bringing him along. He really excelled in liberty training when he spent 2 weeks with Hannah Catalino in August 2025. His temperament is friendly but he is a little more on the nervous side and he can still have big reactions when he’s scared. He halters, ties, picks up feet but is still learning to hold them for a farrier, grooms, is easy to worm, and loves scratches!

“Cara went out of her way to help my husband and I adopt a couple mustangs from an event in Hamilton. We couldn’t make it so she FaceTimed us and sent tons of photos. We picked up two horses from that event, one of which wasn’t the right fit for us. She found him a new home in no time! Years later we still have the other horse that she TIP trained at her facility. When we showed up to pick him up everything was clean and well put together! Over all a fantastic facility for mustangs! I would trust Cara to care for any of my animals, especially any of my mustangs!”

“I rescued a mustang in June of 2018. Cara saw my post online and kindly offered to help get him used to people and begin ground work. I was nervous because I didnt know her and I just wanted my boy to be well taken care of. Turns out, I had nothing to worry about. In 3 months he was easy to catch, loading into trailers, standing tied, standing for the farrier, a dream to groom and excelling on ground work and desensitizing. Her work with Stryker inspired her to help other people in my situation and in turn, has helped so many horses since then find homes! I am so thankful to have come across her, she made a world of difference in my horses training. Highly recommend to anybody that’s seeking help with their horses, mustangs or not!.”
